This notice explains how Celestelle uses data submitted through the website to answer enquiries and manage reservations.

The catering form uses your name, email, optional company, date, guest count, selection and message to prepare a quote and reply. Reservations use the contact and booking details needed to check availability and manage your table.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to answer your request and take steps, at your initiative, before a possible order or reservation. Do not include medical or allergy information in the initial form; it will be collected separately if needed.
Service providers and transfers
Catering enquiries are transmitted to and stored by Formspree, which is hosted in the United States and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses. Reservations are processed with resOS. Technical providers may use the data only to provide their services to Celestelle.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, reservation and customer follow-up, then deleted or archived only where required by law or to protect legal rights. Enquiries that do not proceed should not be kept longer than necessary.
Audience measurement
The website uses Plausible to measure aggregated traffic trends. The standard script used does not place advertising cookies or create individual visitor profiles.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing by writing to info@celestelle.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY (imy.se).
